At Rogers Digital Media, led a team of approximately 15 resources as Project Manager on early Web 2.0 initiatives to create custom content engagement features (likes, comments) on MacLean's and Canadian Business.

At Bell Canada led large projects totalling $3M and 45+ resources on IBM Canada's largest Application Services initiative for Bell's OrderMax call centre order processing tool to deliver continuous feature and quality enhancements.
Led multiple project teams in implementing document processing outsourcing solutions for customers, including Colgate-Palmolive and Carlson Wagonlit, using IBM's Content Management offering.
At Scotiabank led a Project Manager for multiple data and application hardware infrastructure-related projects ranging in value from $35K to $150K with teams of 3-15 resources.
